Ashlyn 96 Points

Last Friday November 27, Ponderosa Holsteins got the annual classification.

Ponderosa presented 20 cows, 8 young first lactation animals and all the rest were adult cows.

The total 12 animals in the classification average 89 points, and the 8 first lactation heifers average 86 points.

Ponderosa got 8 excellent cows. Ashlyn got 96 points. She is the first cow in Spain with these points and of course she is the first cow 96 points in Ponderosa's history.

We would like to share this fantastic new with our friend and partner in Ashlyn Vray, Mr. Giorgio Rossetti and of course with all our friends and collaborators. Ponderosa would like to thank specially Santiago Mato and CONAFE for their work and dedication to register Holstein cattle in Spain.

Working with this magnificent herd of cows fills one of satisfaction. Ashlyn Vray is a morphologically extraordinary cow. This cow stripes perfection. She is high, long and deep with a very good group. She has protruding legs despite being eight years old. She also has a magnificent dairy structure, with a long, thin, angled neck and an outstanding quality. I would also like to remark her really spectacular mammary system after five lactations”.
